Our story

Who we are

Green Glen Layout Cultural Association (GGLCA) is a platform for Connections. It is a gateway for the people living in this large neighborhood of Bellandur, Outer Ring Road, and Sarjapur, to get together and create new connections. New relationships created while cultivating, and contributing to cultural endeavours.

The association was founded by, and comprises of a diverse mix of people. Diverse by their origin, cultures, professions, and the likes. It is located in Green Glen Layout of the Bellandur area, which is a hub of many IT parks housing corporate companies like Accenture, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Microsoft, and Flipkart; and thereby a hub of progressive people living here in large clusters of posh, sizeable, as well as small sized residential apartments.

What we do

At GGLCA, we create a space and opportunity where people - our members, and others - can meet, communicate, collaborate, celebrate, share, and eventually create new connections. Something which is hard to find for most people who leave their own hometowns, in order to pursue their ambitions and careers.

And to that end, the association organizes social events to promote cultural festivals of all communities. Along with cultural events, there are health camps, health check camps, and blood donation camps, which are organized. The association also extends social welfare to the needy and marginalized, through these events.
