Durga Puja is the grandest event in the packed GGLCA calendar. Our puja is celebrated in a traditional and homely manner and is one of the most awarded Puja of Bangalore. This time around the festivities start on Mahasashti i.e. 11th Oct and end with the Debi Boron on 15th Oct. Keeping in mind the pandemic-related guidelines, the Puja will be celebrated keeping all government regulations in mind and has been scaled down to ensure the safety of all the members. Our Puja also has an associated theme every year. The Puja will be live-streamed via our social media handles and Youtube channels. The last couple of years had the Terracotta art form of Bengal and Patachitra art form of Bengal as the theme. This year we are all set to have yet another theme, very close to the heart of all Indians in general and Bengalis in specific. More will be revealed in the coming days.
